How can I measure myself for more accuracy?

We offer a tutorial for measuring each body part, we suggest having someone assist you. If you're alone, you can follow our tutorials and measure yourself, additionally, you can use a full-length mirror to help you take measurements on hard-to-reach areas, such as the back. 

Here are some video and explanation to help you, please note that male and female measurement taking are similar for the various measurements requested.


1. Inside Leg (Inseam)

  • How to Measure: Stand straight with feet slightly apart. Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle, keeping the tape straight down the inner leg.

2. Sleeve Length

  • How to Measure: Measure from the tip of the shoulder down the arm to the wrist bone, with the arm slightly bent.

3. Arm (Bicep)

  • How to Measure: Measure around the thickest part of the upper arm (bicep area) while the arm is relaxed at the side.

4. Hip

  • How to Measure: Stand with feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks, making sure it stays level all around.

5. Shoulder Width

  • How to Measure: Measure from the edge of one shoulder (where the shoulder seam on a shirt would be) to the edge of the other shoulder across the back.

6. Bust

  • How to Measure: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, making sure it’s parallel to the ground and not too tight.

7. Crotch

  • How to Measure: Measure around the hip bones, ensuring the tape is snug but not tight.

8. Thigh

  • How to Measure: Wrap the tape around the thickest part of the thigh, usually a few inches below the groin area.

9. Waist

  • How to Measure: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of the waist, typically above the belly button, while keeping it snug and level.
